Why have I received a payment request? I have been shopping and am a customer.

You have parked your vehicle in one of our managed parking lots. Unfortunately, you did not display a parking disc or ticket visibly in the car, exceeded the free parking time, and may not have paid the parking fee or violated parking regulations.

Why do I have to pay even though I have not received any notification about the violation?
A notice about the parking violation was affixed to your vehicle. The process was recorded and documented through our employee using specialized software and photography. We apologize if the notice was stolen or lost. However, the obligation to pay arises from the parking violation. This is due immediately and must be settled within 7 business days.
Why have I received a payment request? I was not on the parking lot on the relevant day.

Your vehicle was parked in violation of parking regulations at the specified time. This was recorded and documented by our staff using specialized software and photography, or captured through automatic license plate recognition.

Does the contractual penalty have to be paid if it was an emergency (e.g., at the hospital)?

In this case, we would like to accommodate your situation. To review the matter, please send us the relevant proof of the emergency through our contact form. We will then make a case-by-case decision regarding this.

Why am I not receiving an official notice from the municipal regulatory office?

Your vehicle was parked on private property entrusted to us for control. Therefore, the fine catalog of the relevant municipality or city does not apply.

Why is the contractual penalty I received so high?

The amount of the contractual penalty is indicated on warning signs throughout the parking area. By entering the parking space, you agreed to our terms and conditions, which specify the amount of the contractual penalty.

Why do I have to pay the contractual penalty even if I didn't see the warning signs?

Why am I receiving another payment request even though I have already paid?

Why are there additional charges in addition to the main claim?

According to our terms and conditions, default occurs automatically after the payment deadline (7 business days). If you do not meet this deadline, additional fees such as owner inquiry and administrative overhead may arise, which we charge in addition to the main claim.

What happens if I don't pay?

If you exceed the payment deadline (7 working days), you will automatically be in default in accordance with our GTC. We are therefore forced to carry out a holder enquiry and charge you for the costs of the enquiry and the additional work involved in addition to the main claim.

How can I pay the contractual penalty?
